PRESS RELEASE:Project Dissemination Workshop of the EU Asia Invest project “CP4BP- Cleaner Production for Better Products” (5/18/2009)
The EU Asian Invest “Cleaner Production for Better Products” (CP4BP) project aims at developing and marketing sustainable products of Vietnam, Cambodia and Lao PDR for exporting markets. This project is leaded by the Vietnam Cleaner Production Centre (VNCPC) under the Institute for Environmental Science and Technology in Hanoi University of Technology. Co-partners and supporting organizations for the project are the Division of Technology, Industry and Economics of United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP-DTIE), the Delft University of Technology (TUD - the Netherlands), Asian Institute of Technology Centre in Vietnam (AITVN), Laos National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LNCCI), and PhnomPenh Small and Medium Industry Association (PSMIA- Cambodia).

The EU Asia Invest Cleaner Production for Better Products (CP4BP) project aims at increasing the capacity of selected industries in Vietnam, Cambodia and Lao PDR to develop environmentally friendly and socially responsible products that are better adapted to the requirements of the European market (Cleaner and Better Products).
