Realization of CP options

Since 1980s, developed industrial countries such as the USA, Canada, Netherland , Sweden, etc. have become familiar with the concept of "cleaner production" and its benefits. However, not until 1996 was this concept introduced to Vietnam; and 2 years later, in November, 1998, Vietnam Cleaner Production Center (VNCPC) was established. |
